New essay: Dining in Place ✧
Nadia Bailey’s gorgeous journal Dining in Place is all about nourishment in times of quarantine, featuring essays from around the world. I’m particularly partial to this one from the always-elegant Lauren Cerand, Simi Kang’s essay on seva, food and faith, and Nadia’s longing for restaurants; but honestly, they’re all wonderful.
My own contribution is on seasonality, my hometown, and nourishment under restrictions, you can read it here.
